Renewable Energy, Energy Public Policy and Energy Security Specialist
Lluviely is an energy passionate with more than ten years of experience in the public sector, leading the implementation of strategies to promote and increase the number of renewable energy projects.
Through the creation of technological tools, analysis and building the legal and regulatory framework for the competitive electricity sector and the implementation of the national and international energy public policy, Lluviely has promoted the collaboration between the public, private and academic sectors towards the energy transition.
She worked at the Mexican Ministry of Energy, where she led the creation of the Renewable Energy Online tool focused on reducing the number of days to acquire federal licenses for new renewable energy projects. Additionally, she coordinated the elaboration and launching of the biannual report on renewable energy participation in the Mexican power sector.
She has a degree in Industrial Management from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico. Recently, she finished her Master’s degree in Strategic Studies and Energy
Security at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, where she participated as President of the Mexican Culture Society and was member of the organising committee for the XIX
Symposium of Mexican Studies and Students in the UK.
Lluviely is an active volunteer in various associations and organisations, such as the Global MX-UK Network and Admonitor, on human talent matching and Mexican electricity
market information, respectively.
